It was a number of years ago that I first learned of the crazy funny brother duo at JibJab with their hilarious end-of-year animations set to music. They even invited the public to upload our faces to their unique website and, using their hosted software, the ability to create fantastic cards and music videos and many hundreds were included in the year-end video that was publicised on the evening news! Now, they have this fun app, where, for a few bucks, you can share and download a clip, card, music video, or more that includes your and friends’ faces. Very cool, fun, and entirely addictive.
Across our nation, we recoil in fear at emailed and phoned-in threats from anonymous sources. This is life. Life in America. We jump at every gunshot and cry foul if someone makes a disparaging remark. Many would say we are wimps and worse. We have lost our backbone, our willingness to be honest and fight back. Others would have us believe that our emotions are fragile and we must step lightly so as to avoid offense. Offense for what? Everything could be considered offensive if you really want it that way, but I do not! I believe in honesty and truth and loyalty. The true American way.
Not where I want to be.
But, it could be where you visit!
The weather is better when you play in the sand and frolic under the sun. Our time to shine is now! Play along, join the action. Learn more by sending a postcard or letter to my snail mail address.

It is yet another holiday season and I continue to loath this time of the year. I am lonely. I am certain my place is foretold by the stars. I am meant to be alone. Prove me wrong.
The future is nothing but the present on a repeat cycle.
I tend towards the philosophical and my thoughts are unstructured. A discussion would be beneficial to this end. I love talking, though I could be better at listening.
More to write…
Another festive holiday season is upon us and I really do not care. As a non-religious, lonely, single, white male, this time of the year is always depressing. I would like a girlfriend, but I fear the commitment, no lie. I am not right in the mind or the gut and I want everyone to know that. I am also seriously depressed and broken, but not without some redeeming value. Just get to know me.
Depression is not contagious and talking can be helpful and beneficial. Please do not be offended by any comments that could be made. Opinions are welcomed, encouraged, and potentially useful. Be kind and be honest.
I can say much, but I prefer to talk rather than write. My writing is stilted and I am never sure what to type, but speaking, I am less certain of my abilities. Words often fail me. Life often fails me. Like I said, I am depressed and I do not have a solution.
Trump claims victory, even though he has lost the House. I guess maintaining control of the Senate and gaining a few governorships is a partial win.
What is our purpose for conducting elections? We have a republic, with representatives chosen by the people, for the people, and elections are seemingly the best way to do that. We “elect” these people. We vote. But, what does it truly mean to vote, to choose from amongst ourselves someone who speaks for many?
For what it is worth, I consider voting to be fun and nothing more. It is meaningless in the grand scheme and could be improved, but no one is willing to listen, so nothing will change. That is all.
The completetion of my first Geekwise Academy class. I am stressed about what happens next. Not sure that I was successful.
I am not a perfect or professional writer, I just let the words flow as they come. Not worried about consequences or other hang-ups that could, or maybe should, interfere with this writing process. I am one man with a laptop, a phone, and a dream. Not really sure where it is going though.
We each make our own realities and the truth is for us to figure out. Go forth and be honest in all that you attempt.
Today, October 30, 2018, we mark 80 years since Orson Welles’ airing of H.G. Wells‘s classic War of the Worlds. The story goes that the radio play created massive panic among the few thousand radio listeners that night, though no one alive today can say for sure what really happened during and/or after that interesting event.
What we do know is that Mr. Welles, the actor, director, writer, and producer, performed the story and crafted quite the legacy in storytelling. It is worth taking the time to listen to it again.
Arrived about 20 minutes late to event. Heard only the last few minutes of keynote. Seemed to be informative.
Gave live demo of scripts with various G Suite products.
